Former school resource officer, Robert Lellock is accused of raping 22 schoolboys.
Lellock worked at Arthur J. Rooney Middle School from 1990 to 2012 when he resigned after the school board had suspended him with pay.
The plaintiff who is now 29 years old, claimed that the officer raped him dozens of times.
The serial rapist removed boys out of the classroom just in the middle of the lesson and closed himself with one of the young victims in a janitor's closet.
The teachers of the school turned a blind eye to such regular interruptions of the lessons.
"Not a single teacher reported him, or even questioned him. Not a single teacher made an inquiry to the office," the lawsuit says. "This speaks of a failure of training and policy of an unbelievable and conscience-shocking level."

The real number of the victims can be much bigger.
Former superintendent Dale Frederick and former principal Ronald Zangaro are also sued.
