Fascism returns to Latin America: The boys from Brazil

I thought I had seen everything and heard everything. Until yesterday, when I watched the Brazilian House of Representatives, or Parliament, deciding to impeach President Dilma Rousseff. Never have I seen such a bunch of infantile, puerile, self-seeking, useless and vapid morons who anywhere else would not be fit to clean the toilets.

Yesterday, Brazil's House of Representatives (Câmara dos Deputados, literally Chamber of Deputies), or Parliament, decided by an overwhelming majority to send a motion for impeachment to the Brazilian Senate, accusing the President of having manipulated the economic figures prior to the last election. The vote in favor of impeachment was 367, with 137 against, seven abstentions and two no-shows. The minimum figure required was 342 votes.

In so doing, 367 of Brazil's Representatives, or Deputies, stabbed the democratically elected President in the back and sent shadows of Operation Condor soaring in the skies above Brazil. There is no evidence whatsoever that the President has done any wrong-doing and this band of Fascists has sent Brazil back decades in its international standing.

Suppose Bolsonaro were tortured?

I thought I had seen or heard just about everything until yesterday when I watched the ten-hour debate and voting session and saw three hundred and sixty-seven infantile, vapid morons put on a show of utter imbecility, casting their votes in favor of impeachments with speeches like "In the name of my son who is four years old, I vote in favor". I joke not. Probably the said 4-year-old had more to offer than his father. Anywhere else on Planet Earth, such a blatant example of sheer imbecility would bring howls of derisive laughter, only yesterday one did not know whether to laugh or to cry. One, called Jair Bolsonaro, even cast his vote in praise of Colonel Carlos Alberto Brilhante Ushtra, who tortured Dilma when she was a political prisoner in the hands of the Fascists. Many waved banners saying "Tchau querida!" (Bye, darling) showing what a sexist bunch of low-life, insolent and puerile sons of a bitch they are. Perhaps this Bolsonaro would like to be tortured and then see if he wishes to pay homage to his torturer.

Fascism is back

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, Fascism is back in Brazil. These three hundred and sixty-seven backstabbers, this self-seeking clique of puerile wannabe politicians, who in any other Parliament in any other part of the world, would not even be fit to clean the toilets, demonstrated why Brazil is in the state it is in. If this is an example of the type of lawmakers the country has, no wonder the people are suffering.

Where are these lawmakers when foreigners try to syphon off Brazil's resources, claiming Amazonia does not belong to Brazil and interfering with the Brazilian defense Ministry's procurement of weapons away from Russia and in favor of the USA, the bed-master of these illustrious 367 imbeciles? They are nowhere.

Where are these 367 juveniles when some demented nutcase high on crack murders a tourist in Rio de Janeiro? Where are these 367 childish nonentities when Fortaleza, for example, turns into the most violent city in Brazil, when just a decade ago Ceará, the State of which Fortaleza is capital, was presenting crime figures which could be compared with a provincial European city? They are probably colluding with the criminals.

Where are these 367 self-seeking anti-democratic Fascists when the Brazilian Constitution is supposed to be defended and not flouted in the Chamber? They are flouting it.

It is easy to Google up who these 367 deputies are. Now we shall apply the old precept of who casts the first stone. Let us investigate these 367 back-stabbers, who flouted Brazilian law, insulted the Brazilian Chamber of Representatives and insulted the people of Brazil who voted for President Dilma in a free and fair democratic vote. We shall then present our findings in public. Then we shall see who has the last laugh.

What happens next?

In early May, the decision goes to the Senate whether or not to put the President on trial for creative accounting techniques, which have been used by many in Brazil at national, federal and municipal level and nobody claimed it was a criminal practice. If the Senate decides to go ahead, the President will be temporarily suspended and replaced by the Vice-President, Michel Temer.

The trial could last up to 180 days and if she is found guilty, the President will be removed. She then has two appeal processes.

The point is, the entire case smacks of political opportunism. This clique of 367 Fascists prove why Brazil has always been the promise of tomorrow, because when a Party and a Government decides to attack the country's ills, in this case Dilma's crusade against corruption, look what happens. We can imagine why the 367 Boys from Brazil are so worried.

Meanwhile, the 200 million citizens of Brazil are held ransom by less than 400 opportunists and parasites of the worst possible kind.
