Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov met Slovak President Rudolf Schuster, currently on an official visit to Russia, on November 13. Moscow considers Bratislava to be a partner, Luzhkov stressed. He pointed out the good prospects of Moscow's investment market and the capital's interest in implementing several projects, such as attracting Slovak investments to Moscow's hotel complex and the participation of builders from Moscow in the construction of Bratislava's metro. The mayor also paid much attention to cooperation with Slovakia in the confectionery industry in Russia.
