Hi-Tech development is a national priority, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the APEC forum in Bangkok.
According to the Russian delegates, the discussion at the forum focused on the realization of the "Shanghai Strategy".

Russia shares APEC's position on new technology and considers the hi-tech development one of its top national priorities, said Putin.
