The Russian government does not consider the question of the possible sequestering of the federal budget for the next year. The government information department reported about it in connection with the publications in the mass media which mentioned such a possibility with reference to Vice Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov. In working out the budget, the government "was guided by the principles of making it realistic and executable." Therefore, there will be no need to sequester the budget, said a spokesman for the information service of the Russian government.
