Sportsmen from Khanty-Mansi region win three gold medals at Asian Sambo championship

Wrestlers from the Khanty-Mansy autonomous region (in the north of the Urals region) won three gold medals at the Asian Sambo (unarmed self-defense) championship that took place in Tashkent from October 19 to 20.

According to the information provided in the committee on physical culture and sport of the administration of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous region, gold medals were won by Nikolai Ozhogin in the weight category of up to 57 kg, Farid Iskhakov in the weight category of up to 68 kg and Magomed Madzhidov in the weight category of up to 82 kg.
