Gazprom's board to consider agenda for general meeting today

The board of directors of the Russian gas monopolist Gazprom will hold a meeting today. The directors will consider the agenda for the upcoming general meeting of shareholders, the Gazprom press service reported. In particular, the board will discuss the company's accounting and annual reports for 2001, the distribution of profits and the payments for dividends. In addition, they will consider draft articles of association, the code of corporate governance, issues concerning the company's revision commission, the auditor and some other questions.
