Russian voters denounce all candidates

There is growing trend among Russians to vote against all candidates at elections.
For example, in the recent elections of Vladivostok mayor, almost 10% of votes were given against all the candidates. The result of the “candidate “against all” was the fourth after Nikolaev, Cherepkov, Kopylov.
