Lou Gayoso: Russian 40,000 troops deployment?

I recently read the PRAVDA.Ru article in which 40,000 Russian troops would be deployed in either Iraq or Afghanistan.  I welcome as an American that Russia is stepping up their geo global commitment to fight terrorism against radical Nazi Islamism. 

As a world power during the Soviet Union glory days to the end of the cold war, Russian military has had strong experience fighting radical Nazi Islamism in Afghanistan.  Unfortunately, United States didn’t see it that way…now, Russia can united with United States to fight terrorism around the World in which both countries have suffered severely, and for that Russia can become a strong partner in the World Trade Organization and build a better world then the Germans and French could ever do with their poor international policy.
