USA Has No Trustworthy Data On Bin Laden's Destiny

If Osama bin Laden is found in Pakistan, the USA will have no problems with his arrest and bringing him to responsibility, US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told a briefing on Thursday. He pointed to US close cooperation with the Pakistani government during the anti-terrorist operation. However, Rumsfeld is unaware of bin Laden's whereabouts and destiny. He may be in Afghanistan or some other country, or he may be dead, Rumsfeld stressed. There has been no trustworthy intelligence data that Osama bin Laden has been alive since November 16, 2001, the date when the videotape broadcast by the al-Jazeera TV channel was recorded, the US Defense Secretary stressed.
