The new child born on September 12th will raise the number of children in the Britney Spears - Kevin Federline family to 4.
Britney Spears went into labour and brought her second child into this world on Monday night (actually Tuesday morning approximately 2am), although it is still 100% sure, the Daily Mail claims that she gave birth to a 6-pound, 11-ounce baby boy.
Rumors had it that sex-symbol Britney Spears would prepare for a caesarean birth (same as with her first child) that should have taken place this week, after being initially thought that she went into labor last week.
So is Britney Spears not only America's eighth alltime best-selling female artist (with 76 million records sold, with 31 million RIAA albums sold in the US), but also an accomplished mother, reports Spotlighting News .
According to The Sun, extensive details are thin on the ground, however sources claim that Britney's mother Lynn and sister Jamie-Lynn were present at the birth.
None of Federline's relations were there.
The new addition to the Spears/Federline family was born two days before big brother Sean Preston's first birthday.
Kevin attempted to dupe the press in recent interviews, insisting his wife would give birth around Halloween.
The baby boy reports were surprising in that up until Tuesday, the baby boy was a girl--at least according to stork-watchers who confidently predicted an XX-chromosonal bundle of joy for the pop singer. The Enquirer was among those in the it's-a-girl camp, reporting in its latest issue that Spears planned to name her newborn Jailynn.
Sources tell E! News that Spears' camp definitely has been working--and buying presents--on the assumption the baby was to be a girl.
Spears, 24, and husband Kevin Federline, 28, welcomed their first child, son Sean Preston, last Sept. 14.
