Britain is the place of death - More russophobia in international press

According to Amnesty International published 18 June 2003, United Kingdom had suffered 1,748 "non-natural" deaths in their Armed Forces "in or around barracks" since 1990.  The main cause involved cars, but around 200 resulted in "discharge of firearms".  Amnesty International "is concerned at those deaths of UK Armed Forces personnel that have occurred in recent years in non-combat situations in and around army barracks".
