Chubais sleeps tight

While in London, Anatoly Chubais has stated to the journalists that he does not have problems sleeping tight, not being afraid of following the footsteps of “Yukos” ex-executive Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

“In the course of the past 14 years, I’ve been threatened numerous times. People threatened to spill sulphuric acid on me, some promised to cut me to pieces right on the Red Square. I developed a habit to sleep calmly and tight at night,” stated the head of the RAO “UES of Russia.”

“Seriously speaking, I am very worried about today's problem concerning private property,” said Chubais.

According to him, private property represents a fundamental basis of the country’s strategic development, despite those mistakes of privatization.

“In spite of the fact that private property is a fundamental historical foundation of the country's strategic development, it is precisely this private property that is being so widely criticized,” remarked he.
