Iraq: bicycle bomb kills 4 local council members
The blast in the village of Abu Saida, which has a slight Shiite majority, near Baqouba, 60 kilometers northeast of Baghdad, devastated the 21-member local council's headquarters, according to the AP.
Police said five council members were wounded and the bodies of four others were found after about an hour of digging through the rubble.
