A powerful &to=http://english.pravda.ru/accidents/21/97/385/14768_tsunami.html' target=_blank>earthquake rattled Colombia's western coast on Monday, but there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage, officials said.
Colombia's National Seismological Center said a magnitude 6.3 quake struck deep under the Pacific Ocean floor at 3:50 p.m. local time (2050 GMT). Its epicenter was 27 kilometers (16 miles) from the town of Jurado, in Choco state, and 425 kilometers (260 miles) northwest of Bogota.
