During Vladimir Putin's Visit To South Africa It Is Planned To Sign A Treaty Of Friendship And Partnership
In the course of an upcoming visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin to South Africa it is planned to sign a treaty of friendship and partnership, says a joint statement issued following Saturday's meeting between the Russian and South African foreign ministers. On Saturday, the ministers initialled this treaty. As is noted in the statement, the treaty will cover the full spectrum of cooperation between the two countries.
