Construction of a hydropathic establishment for clean-up workers of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and members of their families has begun in the village of Belaya Gorka, Voronezh region, southern Russia. It is expected to be completed next year. In July 2002, Chernobylspetsstroi company is planning to put into operation the first stage of the hydropathic complex, Alexander Zelensky, director of the state-run enterprise Belaya Gorka, said Saturday.
