Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with U.S. President George W. Bush in Washington on Sept. 16, the Kremlin said Friday.
The two leaders plan to discuss international issues and bilateral relations, Putin's press service said.
It said Putin was visiting Washington at Bush's invitation.
Bush and Putin last met at a G-8 summit in Scotland in early July, reports the AP.
