Russia Repays Debt to IMF
Russia has allocated $63.873m in debt payments to the IMF today. A source in the Russian Finance Ministry told RBC that about $26.76m had been transferred in advance for the debt payment and $37.112m for the debt servicing.
The total Russian foreign debt allocations will reach $17.3bn in the year 2003. In particular, Russia will transfer about $2bn to the IMF this year.
