A 50-mln. dollar loan, granted by the World Bank for development of the Russian education system, will be allocated for the approbation of directions of the education system development in three Russian regions - the Chuvash Autonomous region, the Samara and the Yaroslavl regions (in the Volga Area). Ministry of Education reported that the project's primary concern is to create stable mechanism of financing of secondary educational establishments, strengthen their economic independence, support rural schools and train management and specialists in the field of education, RIA Novosti reports. Another project's main target is strengthening of the primary professional education system by creating a network of multi-profile resource centres, development of new educational programmes and courses, that will fully correspond to the request of the modern market.
