A series of working conferences of the experts of the member-countries of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) will begin in Moscow on November 15 - the Community's Secretary General Grigory Rapota told RIA Novosti. These working conferences will be attended by representatives of the transport and finance ministries and also of the frontier, tax and customs services of the five countries of the Community - Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan. Their agenda includes the following items: the creation of the Council of Ministers of the Eurasian Economic Community, the formation and development of the common energy policy within the framework of the Community, customs and tax control over the production, spread and movement of the alcohol and tobacco products in the territory of the member-countries of the Eurasian Economic Community, and the situation on the outer borders of the Community. "The series of the conferences that begin this week will precede the session of the Community's Integration Committee at the level of the Vice Prime Ministers of the member-countries. The Eurasian Economic Community was set up slightly more than a year ago by five countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
