A source in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation approved information that a new accusation had been brought against Railroad Minister Nikolay Aksyonenko. According to deputy head of the PR department of the Prosecutor's Office Natalya Vishnyakova, Aksyonenko was accused of malfeasance in accordance with the Article 286, Section 3, Clause B. Thus, he may be sentenced to three to ten years of imprisonment, loosing the right to hold some posts and conduct some activities for around three years. Aksynenko's current punishment remains unchanged, i.e. he is not allowed to leave the city of his residence.
