A cynologist has confirmed the presence of an explosive in a suspicious box found at Moscow's Kursky railroad station, a spokesman for the municipal rescue service said on Saturday. About 8:45 a.m. Moscow time, passengers at the station spotted a box with a cell attached to it and called the police. The police sealed off the station and sent for a cynologist with a dog. After examining the box, the expert confirmed that it contains an explosive. All people who were staying at the station's building have been evacuated. Specialists of the Federal Security Service have come to the station to investigate the case.
