On Saturday Russian border guards at the Ishkashim checkpoint (the Tajik-Afghan border) let through more than 210 tons of a UN humanitarian cargo delivered by the Russian Emergencies Ministry to Afghanistan, the press service of the Russian border guards in Tajikistan said on Monday. In addition, 29 vehicles with flour from the UN World Food Programme were passed on November 18. The Russian Emergencies Ministry also delivered the humanitarian cargo to the Afghan town of Faisabad.
