Police officers have found more than 215 mines and artillery shells in Chechnya over the past 24 hours. This information was disclosed on Monday by the Russian Interior Ministry. In addition, in the towns of Grozny, Argun, Gudermes and in 19 villages of the republic there have been found approximately 57 kg of explosives, one fire-thrower, 24 rocket launchers, one machine gun, 8 assault rifles, 2 pistols, 75 grenades and rounds for rocket launchers and more than 12,000 rounds of ammunition of various calibre. Officers of the Russian Interior Ministry also reported that several special operations had resulted in the destruction of 38 illegal oil refineries.
