Now in the West Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich attracts incredibly much commentary. Spain's sports commentators have even given him a nickname "Russian Florentino Peres". And Abramovich now is getting the number one businessman among the Russian ones.
The French sports newspaper L'Equipe reports that soon the president of Madrid's Real Florentino Peres will meet with the owner of London's Chelsea. The main purpose of the meeting is to discuss "the Claude Makelele problem". According to the French newspaper, Roman Abramovich has already said he is ready to pay 20 million euro for the midfielder.
As for the Real player himself, Makelele seems to be reluctant to stay in the Madrid team any longer and will strive for entering Chelsea.
According to Russia's news agency RIA Novosti, experts say that Real may fulfill the request of Chelsea. They say: "It is no use for the Madrid club to keep Claude Makelele among the reserve players; he is a good but unmotivated player, and the club can get paid for him."

The Croatian player hopes his fate will be better in Chelsea.
