The Russian Left-wingers have actually completed the formation of their election association.
"We shall take part in the elections as a broad bloc: communists - patriots - agrarians," said Gennady Zyuganov, the leader of the Communist Party and of the National-Patriotic Union of Russia, on Wednesday in the course of the Internet conference.
According to him, appropriate consultations have already taken place with all the allies. However, a final decision on the election bloc will be taken by the congress of the Communist Party which will be held in September, this year.
"Our association has already been formed, and its pivot will be the CPRF, as well as the Agricultural-Industrial Union, women's organisations and others," the Russian communist leader said.
According to Gennady Zyuganov, the allies understand that taking part in the elections it is necessary to observe "the rules of the game." The adopted Law on the Elections "makes it possible for us to have two allies," underscored the CPRF leader.
He also said that now the communists intend to concentrate their efforts on preparing and strengthening their material and technical basis. In connection with this, according to him, the last plenary meeting of the CPRF Central Committee adopted an address to compatriots to organise the collection of donations to the Fund of the Party-Statutory Activity.
"We badly need the support of people, because we cannot do without it," admitted Gennady Zyuganov. He expressed confidence that people will respond to the call of the communist party.
The means which we shall receive from the donations will be spent "economically and carefully," promised the CPRF leader.
