Yasser Arafat Calls On International Community To Help Stop Israel's Escalation Of Military Operations

Leader of the Palestinian National Administration Yasser Arafat invited the international community and sponsors of the peace process in the Middle East to bring pressure to bear on Israel and stop the escalation of its military actions against the people of Palestine. Arafat said this in Gaza, appearing before the heads of diplomatic missions accredited at the Palestinian National Administration. He stressed that the Israeli leadership plans to go on with the killing of top Palestinian figures. General director of the Palestinian National Administration Tayyeb Abdul Raheem declared after this meeting that Israel is conducting a policy of international terrorism, killing Palestinians. The representative of the Palestinian Administration promised to discover each Palestinian involved in the killing of Israelis. Abdul Raheem said that four terrorist operations planned by the Jihad organisation have already been prevented.
