An Il-76 aircraft of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia with 25 tons of humanitarian cargoes left Dushanbe for the Bagram air base twenty kilometres away from Kabul at 7.00 a.m. Moscow time on Monday, the Ministry's press service reported. The cargoes will then be carried to the Emergencies Ministry relief base in Kabul which is designed to ensure and distribute Russian and international humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan.
