Jose Maria Neves, the Prime Minister of Cape Verde, has presented a plan to unite the five airlines of Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tome and Principe, the Portuguese-Speaking African Nations, known in Portuguese as PALOPS (Paises Africanos de Lingua Oficial Portuguesa).
The report was handed by Prime Minister Neves to the Angolan government during his recent official visit to Luanda.
