A domestic goat saved three children from stray dogs in the town of Guyvoron in the Kirovograd region, Ukraine. An eleven-year-old schoolgirl and her two friends went to herd the goats to the bank of the South Bug river. Out of nowhere, they saw a pack of stray dogs running out of the forest. The aggressive dogs immediately attacked the little girls. The girls cried for help and tried to protect themselves from the fierce animals.
However, the leader of the goat herd came to their rescue. The male goat butted two of the rabid dogs to death and seriously injured to others. When the grownups came running to help the girls, they dispersed what was left of the dog pack. Thanks to the heroic efforts of the goat, the children were not injured.
