Analyst Predicts Faster Rise In Dollar Rate In Autumn

A rise in the dollar exchange rate may speed up in autumn, an expert from Roseurobank forecasted in an interview with RosBusinessConsulting. He thinks a significant drop in the national currency exchange rate is impossible within the next several months. Commenting on his forecasts, the analyst explained that the dollar will be affected by traditional factors typical for the end of spring and the beginning of summer. This is, in particular, such factor as a traditional slowdown in the inflation rate in the middle of the year, which will have a positive impact on the ruble exchange rate. In addition, significant amounts of export revenues in hard currency are entering Russia and the Central Bank is replenishing its gold and currency reserves regularly. These factors will play a less important role in supporting the national currency in autumn and the dollar rate will rise faster.
