The World Bank and Russia have signed an agreement on the bank's granting $26.2m to stop ozone-affecting production in Russia. The grant will be used to finance a special project on ceasing the production of ozone-affecting substances, RBC informs. The purpose of the grant is to help Russia fulfil international obligations on the above problem. The grant was formed by means of direct contributions of governments of Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norwegian, Sweden, Great Britain and the US.
