Moscow Arbitration Court Declares Most-Bank Insolvent

The Moscow Arbitration Court has declared Most-Bank insolvent. Receivership proceedings against the bank have been opened. The court appointed Andrei Intse as receiver. The monthly compensation to be paid to the receiver from the bank's assets is 150,000 rubles (about $5,077).
