The second Russian-Finnish forum on the European countries' cooperation in the sphere of culture opens in Veliky Novgorod on Thursday, the press service of the Novgorod regional administration told RIA Novosti. The participants in the second Russian-Finnish forum are to discuss about 60 joint projects between cultural establishments of the two countries - theatres, galleries, libraries and museums. The first Russian-Finnish forum of this kind was held in Helsinki on November 21-22, 2000.
