Vladimir Putin Arrived In Kharkov

Vladimir Putin arrived in Kharkov, a major industrial centre of Ukraine, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports. President Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine welcomed the president of Russia at the airport. Putin and Kuchma will take part in the work of the Russian-Ukrainian business-forum which is being held in Kharkov. A meeting of the heads of state will also take place.
