The chairman of the state commission investigating the Tu-154 crash, Secretary of Russia's Security Council Vladimir Rushailo is holding a meeting with commission members and leaders of expert groups. According to the headquarters of the search and rescue operation, the sea in the crash area has become choppy, which has complicated the rescue teams' work. A headquarters spokesman has said that the task, set by Rushailo, to recover floating items from the aircraft has been largely fulfilled. The rescue teams have said they need two trawlers to use their nets to recover submerged aircraft fragments, passenger baggage and cargo.
