Washington’s Secret Plan to Attack Iraq

The Russian News Agency Interfax today quoted a senior military official of the Russian Armed Forces as stating that the USA will attack Iraq.

“According to the data we have, the operation is planned for the second half of February. The decision for its execution is already taken but is not yet public”, the source is quoted as saying.

He added that “the operation with begin when there are 150,000 troops in the area”. At present, there are around 100,000 US and British troops in the Gulf area, with many more on the way.

Finally, the source is quoted as having revealed that the war will be short, lasting around one month, and will involve a massive and simultaneous attack from the land, sea and air.
