Milosevic Trial Suspended

The UN International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia has declared on Tuesday that the trial of Slobodan Milosevic is to be interrupted while medical experts check his health. It is claimed the strain of the trial has led to a deteriorating heart condition.

Proceedings will be suspended on Tuesday and Wednesday while a medical report on Slobodan Milosevic’s heart condition is drawn up, according to UN sources.
