Russia destroys ISIS underground facilities

The Russian Defense Ministry published another video of the air strikes on positions of the Islamic State terrorist group in Syria.

On October 18, Russian bomber planes carried out 39 sorties from Khmeimim air base and conducted 60 attacks on 51 objects.

Su-34 bombers destroyed underground facilities of the terrorists. The terrorists used the underground passages to appear in various parts of the city to struggle against Syrian government troops.

One of the bunkers was equipped as an ammo depot. There was also an underground mini factory that produced improvised unguided rocket shells.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, many ISIS militants  abandon their posts in the eastern and north-eastern areas of the Syrian Arab Republic.
