Famous Italian couturier Donatella Versace plans to create new collection as well as totally new makeup and hairstyle for two new Barbie dolls of American manufacturing company Mattel, reports Internet site DiePresse.com.
“To me, Barbie is the most fashionable woman. I imagine her to be a top model in a fashion show,” said Versace.
A total of 50 000 dolls dressed haute couture in sexy lingerie and white furs will arrive in stores this summer. $80 to $140 USD is expected to be spent for the creation of one doll. All proceeds will go to charity.
