Council of Muftis of Russia on int'l Koran readings

On the 17th of December in Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia, starts the 45th international competition of Koran readers. Fourty countries delegated their representatives to this 7-days long event. Last five years Russia also participates in it.

This year the Russian Council of Muftis recommended two readers: imam-hatib of Kolomna Ramil-hazrat Belyaev (vice-president of international department of the Council) and Koran reading teacher from Moscow Dinara Feyzrahmanova.

“This is a high honour and responsibility for me”, said Belyaev.
