Bulgarians will build apartments in Moscow. Why not Russians?

5 apartment complexes, a specialized school, 2 child care centers, shops and cafes are planned to be constructed around Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow.

Total of 75 000 square meters of living space including social infrastructure will be erected by “GlavBolgarStroi” by the end of this year in Moscow's Western district. This has been reported by the first vice-Mayor of Moscow,  Director of the Complex of architecture, construction, development, and reconstruction of the city Vladimir Resin.

According to him, 5 apartment complexes, a specialized school, 2 child care centers, shops and cafes are planned to be constructed around Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow. Around 3,5-4 thousand people are expected to inhabit the houses. Practically all of the newly constructed buildings are intended for those families whose current living conditions are poor.

The specialized school that is expected to be built in the region as well will teach TV production classes as well as have a strong emphasis on sports. In addition, there will also be a physical-rehabilitation center with a gigantic swimming pool. The entire sport facility will be 4 000 sq meters.

According to the first assistant director of the department of the city's construction politics Alexander Kosovan, 755 sq meters of living space will be provided by the end of the year.

Press services of the city’s construction complex informed that 461 000 sq meters will be aimed at aimed at covering the needs of those moving out from their shabby apartments.
