But if we take your arguments....then we have an unusual legal anomaly......both the Judges and Saddam see eye to eye on this trial....that Saddam must die....for his crimes.....
 
Yes, the Judges can't let Saddam go or they can't get legal closure and peace of mind, and the real Saddam can't let Saddam go, for he he can't get legal closure and peace of mind...Thus, this case is predetermined...this is definitely a job for a crafty lawyer...ready to roll out a magic carpet ride of legal wizardry to help spare this hapless fall guy.......showing the ultimate loyalty...keeping his tongue silent as to his true identity and dying for his master....what a loyal dog...but if Ghaddafi's daughter be as good as she says she is, she's got a well trained dog for the dog and pony show she's going to put on in the court room.......this stuff is prime material for Hollywood....
