George Person: CIA to save the world - run Saddam run RESPONSE

Prosecuting Saddam maybe as difficult as prosecuting OJ Simpson, the black former National Football League superstar...who was able to walk, after being accused of slashing his divorced wife's throat along with her young handsome lover...

"Basically if the glove don't fit, then you gotta acquit"...and the defense for OJ was able to get this message across to the jury, along with a lot of dark stares from the gallery, who were scrutinizing the jurors.....ready to slash their throats too, if they brought the hammer down on a cultural hero...the parallel here, is if comes down to a jury trial over Saddam's innocence and guilt, then I say, it's a very good chance he walks....Are people going to risk their own lives to bring Saddam to the gallows?!

Thus, the genius of a good defense team is going to be to exploit this fear in the jury ....if they have a jury trial....so, the only way Saddam can really maximize his chances of freedom or vengence, he needs to get his own attorney - not a public defender - public defenders only guarantee your day in court...not that you won't cheat the hangman.....

However, there seems to be a lot of people in Iraq who think Saddam is a killer, who have personally experienced the loss of loved ones at the hands of Saddam - realistically, smoking gun arguments won't work, if Saddam is tried by a panel of judges.....they are already marked for death, getting rid of Saddam isn't going to change the way the enemies of democracy in Iraq feels about killing members of the government....and certainly the Judges won't set him free to plot his vengence upon the newly erected government for the rest of his life....thus, Saddam is a dead man...there can be no other way...no intelligent man of the new Iraqi government could possibly set this man free, if he has any value for his own life...and the life of Democracy in Iraq....

I'm not surprised to hear the CIA say it was Iranian gas which killed the Kurds...It allows the USA to continue to work with Iraq and  not be accused of supporting a genocidal maniac in pursuit of American interests abroad -besides it only a report - it can be accepted or rejected, whenever it is politically convenient.

Thus, in reality, the case is already closed against Saddam...he has a snowballs chance in hell, if he gets a trial by panel of judges...the judges in Iraq are marked for death already, what difference does it make if they rid themselve of a genocidal maniac?!

At least, the judge will have one consolation if they ever get gunned down by Saddam's former regime or Al-Qaeda, Saddam won't be pissing on his grave...and to a man of supreme intellect, this hopefully, should be a soothing  last thought...as he martyrs himself for truth and justice in Iraq......
