Syria, terrorists and culpability

The stories coming out of Syria about atrocities committed by western-backed terrorist groups are shocking: a four-year-old boy hanged, a little girl shot, amputation of limbs, torture, rape, invasion of property, arson, looting...the same crimes committed by western-backed terrorists in Libya. What about accountability?

It is illegal under international law to intervene in the internal affairs of sovereign states, meaning it is illegal to instigate wars, arm groups of terrorists and take hostile action against the Government forces trying to restore law and order. It is clear that the west, and particularly the FUKUS Axis (France, UK, US) were actively involved in Libya, first by yet again inventing lies in false flag events, blaming the Libyan government for actions it did not commit, then arming anti-Government terrorists and finally placing boots on the ground as special forces were sent into combat.

And now Syria. If the uprising is by unarmed civilians fighting against the government, then what are these unarmed civilians doing using anti-tank missiles and who gave them these weapons? Why is the west backing armed groups of thugs who are hated and feared by the civilian population, the very population President Assad's armed forces are trying to protect?

Why is a NATO member state, Turkey, harbouring terrorist groups and allowing its territory to be used to launch attacks? Why haven't the elected politicians in the FUKUS Axis countries have the courage to stand up to the Zionist Lobby which is pulling the strings in Washington and by proxy through NATO to western Europe?

Why don't the elected politicians in the FUKUS Axis countries stand up and speak out against the atrocities being perpetrated daily by the armed thugs they have set loose in Syria? Has any one of them uttered a word of condemnation against these terrorists? No, they have limited themselves once again to taking sides as they did in Imperialist times, to arming one group against the other which does not tow the line as the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle come together and close ranks like a noose around the neck of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Iran? Yes, Iran, you know, the victim of cyber terrorist attacks from, so it is said, Israel and the United States of America. Anyone heard of Stuxnet?

So what sort of world do we live in? One in which international law is implemented and respected, or one in which the ex-Imperialist powers bully those they do not like or who stand in their way, in which international law flies out the window at the drop of a hat, in which the only international tribunal set up to try war crimes (the ICC) is partial in the extreme?

Now we see that the Soviet Union was not standing up to do-goodies, to freedom fighters and those who stand by freedom of speech and expression. It was standing up to a cynical bunch of liars, murderers, thieves and bullies, to supporters of criminals and terrorists, to rapists, arsonists, torturers and looters.

And it seems that things haven't changed much. In fact, they're getting worse.
