Alexey Gordeyev, the Russian Vice-Premier and Agriculture Minister, is flying out to the Netherlands to participate in the Hague economic forum, which is to last from October 28 till October 29. According to the Vice-Premier's staff, during the forum Gordeyev is expected to report on the activities of the Russo-Dutch economic commission and the prospects of further bilateral co-operation in agriculture. The Vice-Premier's staff also noted that the Netherlands has recently become one of the main Russian trade and economic partners being one of Russia's top five investors. Bilateral commodities turnover has exceeded 5 bln. dollars. Experts believe that this year it will increase no less than by 20%. Some sources report that the main part of Russian exports to the Netherlands, which was 3.4 bln. dollars last year, is raw materials, 17% of them were energy carriers.
