Russian Prime Minister, Armenian President Discuss Trade, Economic Cooperation

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, currently on an official visit to Russia, have discussed trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Armenia in Moscow on Tuesday. The Russian Prime Minister pointed out "the progress in the implementation of the two countries' trade and economic projects." They also discussed the repayment of the Armenian debt to Russia and the exploitation of several objects which Moscow is interested in. In Kasyanov's estimation, these problems "are being solved more rapidly and with more enthusiasm" after President Vladimir Putin's recent visit to Armenia.
