Palestinian Police Keeps Closing Down Hamas Offices

Last night, Palestinian National Authority police and security officials sealed up the doors of six more Gaza-based offices belonging to the radical organisation Hamas. However, according to incoming reports, not all Palestinian commanders intend to obey Yasser Arafat's Sunday orders and cease military action against Israel. Last night, Palestinians once again took up mortars to attack the Jewish settlements of Gush Katif. On the West Bank, a bomb went off on a highway near Hebron. In the Benyamina neighborhood, a Molotov cocktail exploded on the territory of the Jewish settlement of Har Adar. No one was hurt.
