Russian President Vladimir Putin has said his plenipotentiary envoys to the federal districts must pay close attention to enforcing laws that are of particular importance for the nation.
While meeting the envoys on Wednesday, the president demanded to focus on the package of laws on land and the judicial reform.
"Land is villagers' mode of life, their maintenance," the president said emphatically. And land is something life of millions of people is contingent on, he added.
President Putin instructed his envoys to provide every assistance to the judicial corps which is struggling to become utterly independent. He called on them to stretch a helping hand to judges so that they could improve services to the population.
